Virginia is Legacy Giving Director
Virginia grew up in California, MO and was in the first class from Annunciation parish to attend all eight years at St. Andrew’s Catholic school. She attended California High School and was class president her senior year. Virginia went on to the University of Missouri to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Geology. After realizing that geology was not her passion, she then pursued licensing in therapeutic massage and owned and operated Vibrance Salon & Day Spa (Jefferson City, MO) for several years until an extended illness led her to close that facility.
Due to that experience requiring the use of various forms of disability and health insurance, Virginia became a licensed health, life, and long-term care insurance agent in 2008. At that time, Virginia joined ProPartners Wealth (Tipton and Columbia, MO) as an independent insurance agent and risk assessment expert. She has received top sales awards from United Healthcare and National General each year starting 2014. Virginia has been a Trust representative for AVMA LIFE from 2008 to 2021 for the state of Missouri, also serving as one of two school representatives for AVMA LIFE at the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine, and during that tenure she has ranked top 10 in sales each year.
Virginia has been a volunteer with Vitae for many years and looks forward to growing the Legacy Giving program by educating our devoted donors. She has a passion for reaching pregnant women in crisis with resources to empower their decision-making processes toward life-affirming options.
Virginia met her husband, Joe, in 2009, and they were married in 2014. They have a home in Jefferson City, MO, which they share with their cat Ramona (or maybe she shares with them). They have many nieces, nephews, and godchildren. They enjoy traveling, fine dining & drinks, live music, dancing, and Cardinals baseball.
