A Familiar Face Returns: Welcoming Vitae Foundation’s New Director of Research
It is with great joy that I introduce our incoming Director of Research, Dr. Jeff Pauls. His name may sound familiar as Dr. Pauls is not new to the Vitae family; in fact, he has been a vital part of our research team and was instrumental in our original seven Emotional Research studies as he previously served as Director of Research from 2014 to 2019. Over the years, Jeff has built key relationships with pro-life stakeholders nationwide and demonstrated unwavering dedication, remarkable expertise, and a passion for advancing Vitae’s research and messaging strategies.
Dr. Jeff Pauls is a longtime educator who has taught and coached students from second grade through the post-graduate level. He obtained his B.A. in History from Truman State University in 1998 and his M.A. in Educational Administration from Lindenwood University in 2005. In 2014, he earned a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Beyond his work with Vitae, Jeff has served as the Executive Director of the National Consortium of Pro-Women’s Healthcare Centers at Marygrove, a ministry of St. Louis Catholic Charities. He is an active member of his parish and a 4th Degree Knight in the Knights of Columbus. Above all, Jeff’s most important roles in life are husband to Amy and father to his two daughters. Today, he and his family reside in Ellisville, MO.
Leading Vitae’s Research Department has been a privilege and tremendous joy, and I am confident that Dr. Jeff Pauls is the perfect successor. His extensive experience, coupled with his visionary outlook and background in education, ensures that Vitae Foundation’s research endeavors will continue to thrive and expand.
Please join me in welcoming Dr. Jeff Pauls as the new Director of Research. I look forward to the continued success that Vitae Foundation’s Research Department will achieve with him at the helm.
Blessings,
Becky Hagan
